I am a bridge-builder. As an academic, author of 14 books, and a professional mediator, my life's work has been dedicated to one purpose: helping people find their True North and lead a life of fulfillment.
With a PhD in Information and Communication Sciences and years of experience as a university instructor, executive coach, certified mediator, and corporate trainer across multiple institutions and industries, I have seen firsthand how a leadership mindset transforms lives. As a mother and an entrepreneur, I understand the delicate art of the integrated life.
